IS CBD (CANNABIDIOL) LEGAL? Yes, CBD is federally legal. It is produced from the hemp plant and does not contain THC which is the psychoactive ingredient in cannabis and is illegal in some states. CBD sourced from hemp is federally legal for sale in most states. 

WHAT IS FULL SPECTRUM? Full spectrum as it relates to hemp and cannabis, means that it contains all of the cannabinoids from the hemp or cannabis plant. That includes THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). All of our products contain less than 0.3% THC conforming to federal regulations. It is believed by many that the full spectrum has what is referred to as the "entourage effect". This refers to a belief that combining all of the cannabinoids, including THC allows them to work together for better results. 

CAN RON'S BALMS & BOTANICAL PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED TO ALL 50 STATES? CBD products are federally legal, some states have their own conditional laws such as age restrictions. We recommend checking with specific states and municipalities for the most current laws as they are constantly changing. 

WILL CBD SHOW UP ON AN EMPLOYER'S DRUG SCREEN? CBD can show up on a drug test, but most employers don't test for it. CBD is non-intoxicating and therefore of no concern. Some exceptions are the US military and some police departments.
